Lead Pastor
Pastor Tiffany was appointed to Morningstar UMC in August of 2014.
Pastor Tiffany's passions in ministry are living the Word through preaching, teaching, and service as well as for serving children and youth. She brings with her a M. Div. from Duke University.
When not in ministry, you can find Pastor Tiffany enjoying the outdoors, woodworking, building Legos, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Morgan Wells
Treasurer
Morgan joined our team in August of 2019. She grew up in Springfield, IL and moved to Bloomington in 2011 to attend ISU. She has worked for a local CPA for the past four years and is excited to use her accounting skills in her position as Treasurer.
In her down time, Morgan can usually be found spending time with her husband and their very energetic cat.

Daniel Kobos
Office Administrator
Daniel Joined our team is October of 2023 as the Office Administator. He grew up in Geneva, IL and came to Bloomington in 2019 for a breath of fresh air from the hustle and bustle of the Chicago Suburbs. He has worked in the warehousing and logistics industries for almost 10 years, and hopes to bring his office and organizational experience to this position. He has 4 wonderful kids, and a big beautiful dog named Kate.

Natasha St. Cyr
Music Director
Natasha joined the MUMC team in April 2023.
Originally from the Republic of Moldova, Natasha moved to the US in 2014 to study Music Performance at Southeastern Louisiana University where she got her bachelor’s degree, and then at Tulane University for her MFA. While in school, she worked as a musician for several other churches until taking a position of a Music Director at the First United Methodist Church of Covington, LA in 2017. She worked there until she moved to Normal, Il, in 2021.
Besides music, Natasha loves photography, travelling and spending time with her husband and dog.

Elizabeth Morgan
Pianist
Elizabeth Morgan has been serving churches professionally for the past 25 years as pianist, organist, vocalist, and choir director. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has worked as a psychotherapist in private practice for the past 10 years. She previously served as a hospice social worker and in various roles in senior and student services. She and her husband Chris have been married for 20 years and have three children, two dogs, one rabbit, one snail, and one bearded dragon.
