Chancel Choir
Vocal Group, SATB
Our Chancel Choir provides offertory music throughout the year at Morningstar UMC. Primarily singing in worship, this SATB ensemble is composed of high school students through adults.
Rehearsals are on Thursday nights throughout the school year at 6pm.
Praise Band
Vocalists and Instrumentalists
The Praise Band leads our worship every Sunday. This high energy group has everything from guitar and piano to trumpet and drum set. This Praise Band is always looking expand and create a more dynamic sound. Jump in!
Handbell Choir
Instrumental Group
We have a three-octave set of Schulmerich handbells that our Handbell Choir uses to provide offertory music primarily in worship, but at other special opportunities as well.
Special Music
Vocalists and Instrumentalists
We welcome people to provide offering music at various times of the year. Solos, duets, trios, brass quartets, and other ensembles offer music during the summer and at various times throughout the school year. Contact the office if you wish to share your musical gifts.
